Piano, Voice & Guitar
Miriam Morales has been teaching for 10 years and truly loves working with students of all levels and encouraging them to develop a deep love for music. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas where she studied classical and jazz piano. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Media with an emphasis in Piano from the University of Texas at Arlington.
She also holds a Masters Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in Media Arts and Worship.
Miriam has taught for multiple music studios and non-profit organizations in the DFW area including the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas, Big Thought, Junior Players and Arts Net.
She has served as the pianist for several churches and performs for weddings, corporate events and private parties.
Currently Miriam is the Executive Director for Music with Miriam which has equipped over 200 students to play music they truly enjoy.
Voice & piANO
Sara has been singing for most of her life and teaching in formal music education for 5 years. She is a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and received her Bachelors of Music Education at The University of Texas in Arlington.
She is an alumn of the Children's Chorus of Greater Dallas and the Downbeat Award winning BTW Latin Jazz Ensemble. She has studied under the direction of Dr. David Grogan and Dr. Jennifer Ciobanu. She is an active member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Choir and has performed at the Meyerson Symphony Center and the Cathedral Shrine of our Lady of Guadalupe as well as the Texas Music Educators Association and American Choral Directors Association conferences. She frequently performs for weddings and private events in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
She has served as the Music and Drama Director at the St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic School in Dallas as well as the Choir Director at Daniel Intermediate School in the Duncanville Independent School District. She currently teaches privately for Music with Miriam where she loves working with beginner piano students and coaching intermediate to advanced vocal students.
Jihoon Choi has been playing the piano since he was 7 years old. He was born in South Korea, but lived in the Philippines for most of his life. He was raised as a “Third-Culture-Kid” (TCK) and he is grateful to have a diverse background. He currently studies piano with Prof. Carol Leone at the Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University.
Jihoon won third place for outstanding performance at Georgia Music Teacher Association competition. He also got an honorable mention for the 2019 MTNA state competition in Georgia. Jihoon is also a winner in several national and local prizes in the Philippines and in South Korea competitions, including first prize in Seoul Music Highschool Competition, first prize in the International Culture Art Education Committee Competition, third place in Eumaksekye Music Contest, and third in 2018 PTGP Piano Competition.
He has performed throughout the Philippines, South Korea, and the United States. He has also participated in the 2015 Colburn Young Artist Academy Piano Festival, 2017 Music Alps International Festival and 2019 Texas State International Piano Festival, playing in masterclasses for the likes of Alan Chow, Daniel Pollack, Alessio Bax, Gwyneth Chen, Ory Shihor, David Korevaar, and Marina Lomazov.
He loves to work with kids and is looking forward to sharing all of his experience through teaching at Music with Miriam. Although his focus is classical training, he also has experience in gospel and pop music. While pursuing music, Jihoon is looking forward to a double major in Business Management at the Cox School of Business.
piANO & Voice
Gabrielle Wolsfeld grew up surrounded by music where her mother was her first piano teacher at age four. She has fond memories of playing duets together and singing at the piano. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from the University of Texas at Arlington, and went on to obtain her teaching certificate in order to teach elementary school.
Gabrielle has experience teaching students from pre-K through 6th grade in both educational and musical settings. Her passion is to see students using and enjoying the gift of music to bless others. Recently she completed a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and currently serves on the worship team at City Church International.
Gabrielle is married to Adam and they have four children, Samuel, Asher, Silas and Summer.
piANO & trumpet
Heidi has 8 years of experience teaching piano students. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of the Arts in English and has always enjoyed sharing music with others. She studied piano with Nadine Bischoff, Keeli Eborn, and Marge Knutti and served as mission-wide pianist for the Alabama Birmingham Mission. She studied organ technique with Jenya Tyltina and served as Congregational Organist at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kentucky, Utah, and Texas, as well as accompanying for special events.
She worked as a Piano Instructor at The Lexington School—a premier private school in Kentucky—in their innovative Applied Music Program where she taught both individual and group lessons, as well as students with unique educational needs at The Learning Center. She accompanied violin and trumpet finalists for Concerto Competitions and played for groups such as the Kentucky Breeder’s Cup Board of Directors.
She plays piano, organ, and trumpet and is currently learning to play live ballet accompaniment for the Royal Academy of Dance examinations. She loves getting to know the learning style of each student, finding the best balance to inspire and challenge them, and seeing the confidence and joy that musical skills give children and adults.

Reagan has 10 years of professional training in voice, and has been singing since she was a little girl. She received a Bachelor of Vocal Music Education from Oklahoma Baptist University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Reagan has experience teaching students from Pre-K through 12th grade in a number of musical and educational settings. She spent two summers travelling across south east Asia teaching English to middle school students in Hong Kong. During those travels she also assisted local English teachers at universities in Cambodia and Beijing. She hopes to return to Hong Kong to serve students as a counselor.
While at OBU she studied vocal performance and pedagogy with Kathy Scherler, Steve Sims, Louima Lilite and Kelsey DeEmilio in private and group settings. She also studied class and private piano with Mary Chung, Michael Dean and Ron Lewis. For two years Reagan served as a student conductor and President for the Bisonette Women’s Glee Club under the direction of Dr. Jim Vernon. Additionally she served as President of OBU’s chapter of the National Association for Music Educators. Reagan has performed in churches and schools across Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Missouri.
In addition to singing, Reagan plays piano, guitar, and is currently learning to play bass for her church worship band at City Church International. She is very passionate about creating music, and the joy it brings to the musician and those who hear them. She is excited to help students grow in their love for music while strengthening their confidence and musical skills.
